Suffolk Coastal Disability Forum are holding an Action Day on Wednesday 5th September to check the access to shops and businesses in Felixstowe. It is now 2 years since their original survey and therefore a repeat visit to see what improvements have been made, where there are still access problems, and whether there are any plans to refurbish buildings. They plan to carry out a survey in Felixstowe between 1.30 pm and 3.30pm . The main areas to be checked are the main shopping area between Tesco’s/Boots and the top of Bent Hill and any of the side streets leading on to Hamilton Road.
